    After bad weekend for paleo in Atlanta, I really watched my food intake for today. Kept it small and simple. All that bad food/beer over the weekend turned my digestive system inside out. Felt great to get back to WOD today, too bad I came right from dentist and felt little out of it from nitrous and shots. Was paleo strong at volleyball and did not go to bar for free beer after our three game sweep of the other team. I figure I can wait till after paleo to have my next one.

  3. +1 breakfast – egg/egg whites with salsa, tomatoes, almond butter & black coffee
    +1 snack – zucchini, apple/pear/nectarine & bacon.
    +1 lunch – eggs, bacon with mixed fruit – grapes, cantaloupe & pineapple
    +1 snack – turkey meatballs, pistachios & cantaloupe
    +1 dinner – salsa chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers & a pickle
    +1 snack – salsa chicken, nectarine & pistachios

    Felt great today. Energized and full all day w/my choices. Enjoyed the first WOD at CFM, too!
