    Sleep-7.5

    B-2 eggs with sausage
    S- PAleo friendly snack bar
    S- carrots
    L-chicken scallopini w/carrots
    S- Celery with almond butter
    D- smoked pork tenderloin and an apple

    Reduced the amount of fruit servings to promote weight loss but having sugar cravings. Really liked the sback bars Shanon suggested will definitly be stocking up more on those

  2. Breakfast - 3 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham and a cup of fruit
    Snack - jerky, pineapple, almonds
    lunch - ham, pistachios, pomegranates
    snack - pistachios, pineapple, jerky
    dinner - eggs, bacon, strawberries

  3. +1 breakfast – egg/egg whites, salsa, tomatoes & black coffee
    +1 snack – sausage & red/green pepper
    +1 lunch – mixed greens, chicken, strawberries, mandarin oranges, jalapeƱos, cucumbers, almonds and o&v.
    +1 snack – roast, w/ a couple pieces of sweet potatoes, carrots & tomatoes plus cantaloupe
    +1 dinner – taco salad: green leaf lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, avocado, salsa & peppers.

    Had flu still today so didnt eat squat. Ate good stuff when I did, but just didn't feel well till after dinner. Friday will be better
