    Tried to reduce fruit/sugar intake today had a few cravings but feel good. Love coconut water!

  4. +1 breakfast – egg/egg whites, salsa, tomatoes & black coffee
    +1 snack – turkey burger & green pepper
    +1 lunch – chicken, apple, pecans, mixed greens and vinaigrette
    +1 snack – roast, sweet potatoes, carrots & tomatoes
    +1 dinner – sausage w/peppers & onions. Brussels sprouts w/onion & apples plus banana for dessert.

    either the donut was chick full of paleo energy or I felt guilty and kicked ass at WOD. I think my body rejected the sugar, I got a case of stomach flu was up all night then went to airport.
