    +1 snack – turkey, celery & almond butter
    +1 lunch – mixed greens, apple, grapes, chicken and vinaigrette
    +1 snack – pork sausage stuffing
    +1 dinner – scallops, shrimp, crab, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper & onion in pad thai sauce
