    Feelin okay today. Still don't have the same energy I had couple weeks ago. WOD was a killer today. I really don't like SDLHP. Gonna try to hit WOD and weights tomorrow in case I don't exercise in ATL.

    Weight loss seems to have tapered off, gonna try to reduce the number of fruit servings and see what happens
