    Introduced coconut water and some new things to keep it interesting. Still losing weight and feeling good. I would say that my eating / grocery habits have changed permanently,

    long day today with late volleyball game. Ate an extra meal to get thru. Had great energy weeks 2 and three. Doesn't seem to be translating as well for this week. Gonna try to cut back on the seeds and nuts. Might be too much fat in the diet.
