Could of used more sleep today, but skipping a WOD just wasn't possible. So glad I went this morning, though as I said, I have jello legs. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Left my snack at home to have between WOD and volleyball. Ended up being about 5 hours between meals. I was starving all the way home. I have my body trained to eat every couple hours now. Trying to keep metabolism up. Total +9
