Paleo Challenge Day #22

    Breakfast - egg cupcakes, banana, almonds (1)
    Lunch - brisket, veggies, fruit (1)
    Snack - almonds, jerky, apple (1)
    Dinner - 2 eggs, bacon, avocado (1)
    Snack - jerky, almonds, pear (1)
    WOD - I should get two since i won't be able to walk tomorrow (1)

    Journaling - (1) Feeling great. Could of used more sleep today, but skipping a WOD just wasn't possible. So glad I went this morning, though as I said, I have jello legs. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

    Breakfast: smoothie with coconut milk, egg, almond butter, berries and banana
    Snack: cucumber and tuna
    Lunch: chicken salad with tomatoand cucumber
    Snack: tuna with zucchini slices
    Dinner: debbies salsa chicken with spaghetti squash

    Left my snack at home to have between WOD and volleyball. Ended up being about 5 hours between meals. I was starving all the way home. I have my body trained to eat every couple hours now. Trying to keep metabolism up.

    So far everything has been pretty good however I did drink a beer and eat rice this past weekend so feeling pretty guilty about that. Need to research more side dishes so I am not eating the same thing all the time.

    +1 lunch – grilled chicken with salt & vinegar rub, mixed greens, tomato and vinaigrette

    Also played volleyball tonight, but don’t feel it was worth a full point, so I won’t count it. Especially if that WOD was only 1, ha!
