    I have to agree with Doug , Gonna have to spend some time looking for fresh ideas this week to keep it exciting. Vegetables are getting monotonous,havent gone and gotten a coney dog or anything but need to look a little deeper and bring some more creaqtivity in

    lunch: BWs. i had a weak moment -2

    dinner: grilled peppers and onions with italian sausage and sweet potatoe fries

    snack - (-2) i had coldstone ;-( (though it was good)

    Felt great at WOD today. Still years away from leader-board, but pushed myself real hard. Went out to breakfast and slipped with pancakes. Tasted good at the time, but wish I would have just gone home and ate. Enjoy super bowl every1. Hope you all win $!
