Paleo Challenge Day #18

    breakfast: smoothie with 1c coconut milk, 1 egg, tblsp of almond butter, berries and banana

    snack: chili (which has meat, carrots, onion celery and veggies)

    lunch: salsa chicken with left over sweet potatoe fries and pistachios

    snack: tuna with mustard, cucumber slices and walnuts

    dinner: steak, mushrooms and brussel sprouts

    lunch- chili ( turkey, green pepper, red pepper, tomatoes, gralic, onion, mushrooms)
    snack- turkey and clementines
    dinner- steak and broccoli with house salad ( no cheese, croutons, or dressing)

    Still feeling pretty energized, but miss my pre WOD energy supplement. Felt like I could push myself harder when I was taking it. I can't believe my sweat actually smelled like bacon to me during WOD. lol. I don't miss bad food, but I miss the convenience of it. It takes a hell of a lot less time to stop and grab a pizza, then it does to make healthy meals to cover a day or two. Made up 2 pounds of burgers and 2 pounds of salsa chicken tonight, so I know what I will be eating for a while! Great job to everyone on WOD. C U tomorrow

    8 hours sleep

    No wod

    Brkfst-2 eggs sausage
    Snack-avocado
    Snack-blood orange
    Lunch- chicken breaded with almond flour carrots
    Snack - carrots
    Dinner- rib tips and an apple

    Journal-
    Energy levels definitley picking up total weight loss now 13 pounds almost halfway to goal in 5 weeks. Finding Paleo easier every day, will be interesting to see what permanent changes take place when its all done.
