    Dinner: Debs chicken with mashed cauliflower

    Tired today - I'm sure its from the lack of sleep. The WOD was tough today. They don't call them hero WOD's for nothing!

    WOD - Dae Han - not sure what that was all about Lisa and Deb must have had issues today :-)

    Breakfast - eggs and sausage
    snack - blood orange, avocado
    Lunch - Roasted Turkey with carrots and Yam
    snack - carrots, jerky
    snack- Olives
    Dinner - Fresh chicken and Habanero Sausages from Whole Foods - These were awesome

    I can honestly say I feel more energy than I have in a long time, weight continues to drop and more so in the inch department, people have actually noticed. Continuing to find new a different ways to keep the food somewhat exciting. Quite sure after this week Turkey will be off the shopping list til next thanksgiving. Sausages were excellent though , had some spinach and feta ones as well that were excellent

    The diet must be working because I have slept very little last 2 nights and still feel somewhat energized. That WOD today was a killer! Great job tonight everyone! My menu is pretty blah, but if I ever get sometime this week, I am gonna start looking for some recipes and mix it up a bit.
