Is this Paleo?
Can I eat beef jerky? Yes and No. Homemade beef jerky falls into the Paleo guidelines. Store bought beef jerky is questionable. For this Paleo challenge, we are allowing you to eat Plain Beef Jerky. Make sure sugar is not one of the ingredients.
Can I eat dried fruit? Raisins and Dates are the only dried fruits I have found that have no extra ingredients. Use caution as Paleo is only some fruit and eating dried fruit is not as filling until you add water so it is easy to over eat these foods.
