Paleo Challenge: Day 0

Tomorrow starts our Paleo challenge. See below for how you can journal to the comments to get an extra point in the challenge. As I'll try to answer any questions that I have been getting around the subject, "Is this Paleo?"

How to Journal for the daily Extra Point

Enter something like this if you want the journaling extra point

+1 8 hours of Sleep
+1  Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1/2 cantaloupe
+1  Snack: Handful of nuts, few raisins ~1/4cup, 1 oz of chicken
-1 Lunch: Sandwich, carrots
0 Snack: Apple
+1 Dinner: Steak, Peppers, handful of Nuts
0 Snack: Protien Shake, Banana
+1 WOD: 9:43
+1 Journal

Is this Paleo?

What is a meal/snack? A meal/snack consists of a protein and one other macronutrient (carb or fat). Ultimately, you want get all three macronutrients in each meal.
How much can I eat? Eat until you are full. Do NOT eat until your STUFFED though. For the best results you will want to use zone portion control.
Can I eat protein powder or other supplements? NO.
