CFM vsCFR WODs

Below are the four scaling categories of the five WODs for the CFM vs CFR Box to Box Throwdown on June 15th. The categories are to allow any level of CrossFitter to join their box and compete. Also note, you don't have to do the same scaling for all three WODs that day.

1 Hang Squat Snatch 115/70
50 Double Unders
2 Hang Squat Snatch
40 Double Unders
3 Hang Squat Snatch
30 Double Unders
4 Hang Squat Snatch
20 Double Unders
5 Hang Squat Snatch
10 Double Unders

WOD 2
Three Rounds of:
30 Wallball, 20 lbs / 14 lbs (10FT target)
Run 250m

WOD 3
Four Rounds of:
10 Shoulder to Overhead, 135 lbs / 95 lbs
20 Pull-ups

WOD 4
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of 
Deadlifts, 155 lbs / 110 lbs
Burpees

WOD 5
21-15-9
Toes to Bar
Box Jump Overs 24/20
