WOD #2 Demo for the CFM 10 Skills Team Challenge


Notes:

The person who starts the round will finish the round with the sit-ups. Allowing the second team member to begin the next round with the walking lunge and so on allowing all team members to hit each movement.
Wallball weight is 25 lbs, a lighter weight would be a scaled version of the WOD which would opt the team out the prizes.
