2013 10 Skills Team Challenge WODs

Here are the first three WODs that you can expect from the 10 Skills Team Challenge

WOD1

As many reps as possible of each movement with one-minute to complete each movement:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 45 lbs
Press, 75 lbs
Thruster, 95 lbs
Front Squat, 135 lbs
Clean, 165 lbs
Deadlift, 255 lbs

Each team member will have to pick two movements. They will have one-minute to complete as many reps as possible of that movement. At the end of the minute the next movement will begin with the correct weight on the bar. The team can help clean up the bar for the other member performing the Front Squats.


WOD2

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
100-ft Walking Lunges with Medball 25 lbs
15 Medball Thrusters 25 lbs
15 Medball Squat Clean 25 lbs
15 Sit-ups with Medball, 25 lbs

There is one 25-lb Medball for the team to pass once they complete their reps of the relay. The first team member will start with Lunges then pass the ball to the second who will complete the Thrusters then pass the ball to the third who will do the Squat Cleans then pass the ball to the first who completed that rounds Lunges to do the Sit-ups who will pass the ball to the second to complete the next rounds Lunges and so on.


WOD3

Six rounds for time of:
50-ft Wheelbarrow
21 Hand-release team Push-ups
15 Team Jump Ropes

Each team member must alternate as the wheelbarrow for the rounds. The team jump roping can be stepped over if the team gets tripped up for the rep to count.


Videos will be coming out shortly of the WODs giving a demonstration. Starting practicing those jump ropes!
