WOD #3 of CFM 10 Skills Challenge



WOD 3 (Chipper)

The team will work through this WOD completing each movement set before moving to the next movement. Only one athlete can work at a time, and each athlete must complete at least one rep of each movement.

For Reps:

Pull-ups
Double-unders
Goblet Squat, 1.5 pood / 1.0 pood
Cleans, 135 lbs / 95 lbs
Hand stand Push-ups

Time cap of 20 minutes
