WOD #2 of CFM 10 Skills Team Challenge




WOD 2 (Strength)

Each athlete has to perform at least one lift. You can only add weight, weight cannot be removed. Only one athlete can be touching the bar at a time. Bar must be lifted from the floor.

For load:

1RM Ground to Overhead

Time cap of 5 minutes
