    Couldn't sleep well after damn burger king last night, so I didn't get my 7 hours in, and I still was dumb enough to eat pizza today. We had people over for dinner. We were gonna make homemade sweet and sour chicken ( I would have had chicken and veggies) but my wife could not find sauce at store. We ordered pizza instead. I punked out and ate the pizza instead of making my own meal. Feel kinda crappy with all that stuff in my belly, but it did taste good at the time. I was strong enough to not have strawberry cream cheese pudding cake (at least till after midnight!)
    All in all, I liked the paleo diet. I won't follow it strict anymore. I do have a bag of protein powder, case of protein bars, energy powders and stuff that I will use, but I will be more conscious of what I put in my body.

    I enjoyed the Paleo challenge. It was fun to find recipes and try new things each week. I have made some dishes multiple times and will definitely keep them in the rotation. I think I’ll eat Paleo most of the time, but add in some grains once in a while. I’m fine w/no beans and I may have some sugar – who can say no to cakes and pies for life? ;) I feel good eating clean and have lost a bunch of weight. I definitely like that part!
