    Tough day. Travel and they squeezed classes in this morning before we went home. Gonna try to eat one more paleo meal before bed to get to 0 for the day. Back to WODS tomorrow.

    +1 lunch – egg, pepper, mushroom, zucchini bake and ½ grapefruit
    +1 snack – turkey meatballs, zucchini & pistachios
    +1 dinner – lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers w/o&v. Broiled salmon with dry zucchini and squash
