Its All in Your Head

Whether you are new to CrossFit or have been drinking the Kool-Aid for quite some time, you are familiar with the physical challenges that each WOD packs. CrossFit is intense. The burning muscles, cramping hands, and heavy breathing your body goes through each workout, never killing you but definitely making you stronger, requires motivation, dedication, and an all or nothing attitude.
Your body is capable of much more than you know, and the only way to find out the strength and agility you have, is to keep pushing past what you think you can do. This is where many get stuck keeping them from going faster, adding more weight or even returning to the box. Our minds can be tricksters often telling us “we can’t” when we can or “No” when the answer should be Yes! Yes I will go to CFM today and I will LOVE it! Just as we workout our bodies, we need to workout our minds. Don’t let your fears, doubts, and mental exhaustion bring you down. Stay positive, motivated and dedicated to being the best you can be.
