WOD 1 (Relay Race)
Each athlete will perform a movement then tag the next athlete to start the next movement. Continue until each athlete has completed all four movements. Each athlete must complete all the reps in the WOD, and the WOD is complete when all athletes have finished. Only one athlete can work at a time.
For time:
Shuttle Run, 25m
Deadlift, 185/135
Hand Release Push-ups
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 / 1.0 pood
Time cap of 10 minutes.
