On Ramp starts March 13th

The schedule for the On Ramp is going to be as follows:
Tuesday, March 13th, 5:30pm

Thursday, March 15th, 5:30pm

Saturaday, March 17th, 9:00am

Tuesday, March 20th, 5:30pm

Thursday, March 22nd, 5:30pm

Saturday, March 24th, 9:00am

The important thing about the On Ramp is two fold. First it helps us to see where you are at physically and build up metabolic conditioning. We want to ramp up your metabolic conditioning to make sure that we are scaling the work outs (WOD, workout of the day) accordingly. Everybody starts somewhere we just need to find that starting point. Second, the On Ramp gives you the opportunity to learn the nine basic movements out side of the group class. We have much better success from people that go through the On Ramp because it is a better forum for learning and asking questions.
