    Feeling ok during WOD, but still dizzy after. Gonna add fruit and nuts back into my diet tomorrow. I am ready for the OPEN! bring it on!

  3. +1 breakfast – egg/egg whites with salsa, tomatoes & black coffee
    +1 snack – turkey meatballs & red/orange peppers
    +1 lunch – mixed greens, salmon, strawberries, apples, cherries & vinaigrette
    +1 snack – roast, celery, almond butter & clementine
    +1 dinner – leftovers: bacon, eggs, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini w/ coconut milk, turkey, onion, s. potato.

    +1 sleep 8 hours
