WOD felt good today. Tried to keep up with Rob, but at a lower weight. Still trying to eat bare minimum to get all the non paleo out of my system. Starting to feel more energy. Worked at home so wasn't even tempted for paczki...although it sounds awesome right now!

I felt tired at the WOD which I expected from my lack of sleep. Still got it done though! I told Rhyan that every paczki I passed, I saw little “-3” popping up. Ha!
