CrossFit Macomb On Ramp


The next CrossFit Macomb On Ramp starts today, Saturday January 14th and will proceed for 6 classes of the next two weeks. If you've been interesting in learning more about CrossFit and CrossFit Macomb this is a great place to start.

Saturday, January 14th, 9:00am
Tuesday, January 17th, 5:30pm
Thursday, January 19th, 5:30pm
Saturaday, January 21st, 9:00am
Tuesday, January 24th, 5:30pm
Thursday, January 26th, 5:30pm

The important thing about the On Ramp is two fold. First it helps us to see where you are at physically and build up metabolic conditioning. We want to ramp up your metabolic conditioning to make sure that we are scaling the work outs (WOD, workout of the day) accordingly. Everybody starts somewhere we just need to find that starting point. Second, the On Ramp  gives you the opportunity to learn the nine basic movements out side of the group class. We have much better success from people that go through the On Ramp because it is a better forum for learning and asking questions.

Some of you have started already but I think that it would benefit you to join this go around. Others, this is your first experience with CrossFit and CrossFit Macomb so this is a great start.
