January Newsletter

On January 15th it will be one year since CrossFit Macomb opened it's doors.

We have had a lot of fun this year. We have met a lot of great people, seen a lot of amazing results, and have made some life changing commitments. Hopefully you have enjoyed your time with CrossFit Macomb. We have made a great community of CrossFitters who are striving to make life better. So whether you are on week 52 of this journey or just started last week, you are now apart of something bigger than yourself.

Community
As a community we have been growing. You may have noticed as some of our classes have been packed. We want to continue to provide our community high quality coaching and training and great facility to train in. So, thanks for being patient with us as we are making our current space work.

Paleo challenge
In January, we are going to be doing a Paleo Challenge. The challenge is going to start on January 15th. Details will come out in another email. Start to clean out your fridge and cupboards. The intent is to try to clean up our diets while incorporating some friendly competition. Remember the rules of CrossFit Macomb. 1) Eat Well 2) Rest 3) CrossFit and in that order. The Paleo Challenge will incorporate these three rules in tallying points.

Winter Weather Policy
Also wanted to take a minute to remind everyone of our Winter Weather Policy. We will be closed if New Haven Schools are closed. We will post this announcement on Facebook and Twitter. If you have a question about the weather you can text me at 586-330-9633.
